Christmas Tree Brownies
These are definitely one of my favorite treats! These small ‘trees’ are super fun and easy to make.
All you need are a few simple ingredients and you’re ready to go! I personally like baking from scratch and not using the boxed recipes. If you are too lazy to make them from scratch, here is a recipe for the boxed brownies trees.
Below are the list of ingredients you will need to enjoy these great tasting brownies! It may seem like a lot but most may already be in your house. To make these cute treats, follow these instructions.

- 28 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped (I use Baker’s chocolate squares)

- 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

What’s better than these cute little bite-sized ‘snowballs’? Nothing! And the best part of this recipe is it doesn’t require baking.
This great combination of coconut and chocolate is great for the holidays. These balls of joy aren’t only easy to make, they are fun for the family. I have made these before and I would 10/10 recommend.
Here are the easy ingredients and if you follow these directions, you’re in for a good time.
- 1 3/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbls maple syrup
- 2 tbls unsweetened coconut milk

The best part about these little reindeer is that they are bite-sized. In one bite you get a taste of fluffy marshmallow, salty pretzel, and warm chocolate.
It is quick to make and very simple. You could probably figure it out just by looking at this picture!
Since these reindeer are so small, you could do so much with them such as give them out (since the best gift is the gift of giving.) These require a little more detail if you want them to look cute!
Here are the instructions to making these sweet treats.
- 8″ Lolly pop sticks
- Dark or Light Chocolate (I used dark Merkens, but chocolate chips will work too)
- Large Marshmallows
- Candy Eyes
- Red Mini M&M’s
